If I’m not majoring in art, how can art help?

After discussing with my parents before 9th grade, I decided to use art as my extra curriculum. Art has helped me stand out from my peers in college applications. My MIT interviewer told me, "Everyone in MIT has something special. For you, art is the thing”. I am so glad that I didn’t quit.
