for weekly art classes

Tuition Payments

Tuition is due at least 24 hours prior to the 1st class and space in the class will be reserved after the tuition payment is paid. There will be a $5 late fee if the tuition is paid after the 1st class. There will be a $35 fee for returned check.

Class Absences/makeups: Notify us 24 hours ahead

using the online absent/makeup form on our website.

  • If you can’t come to your scheduled class(including makeups), notified us at least 24 hours prior to the class and you can reschedule all missing classes(including free lessons) before your session ending date. If you can not make up all missing classes within the session, we will extend your session for the paid lessons and you will loose the free lessons.

  • If you miss classes without notice or with less than 24 hours ahead notice, you will be charged as attendances except the 1st time.

  • Schedule the makeup lessons by emailing us or filling out online form by 4pm the day before the class. Or call in before the class to check the space.

Refunds / Credits

To stop/cancel the classes, notify us one week ahead and the rest of the tuition will be held as credit or refunded with a $35 fee. Credits can not be used or refunded after one year from your last class taken. No need to pay registration fee when you resume within 12 weeks. Space in the class will not be saved if you pause for 4 weeks or more. When you return after 12 weeks, there will be a registration fee.

Holidays: You can arrange makeups for the missed classes due to holiday closure or request credits if you have taken less classes than you have paid for.

Pick Up After Class Ends

For your child’s safety, we ask that you please be on time for picking up. US Arts is not responsible for supervision after the class.
