What you will learn:

Feb 16–20: Cute animals from Winter to Spring

Students will create adorable animal artworks with seasonal backgrounds inspired by winter or spring using colored pencils and watercolor. Fun animals such as snowy bunnies, playful foxes, and other cute animals will inspire students to use their imagination to add details, backgrounds, and storytelling elements to make each artwork unique.

Mar 30–Apr 3: Blooming Flowers in Acrylic

Students will explore the beauty of spring by creating large-scale acrylic flower paintings on specially prepared gessoed paper. Finished pieces will be cut out and displayed as hanging works, creating a vibrant, immersive installation.

Younger students will focus on playful color, bold shapes, and freedom of expression, while older students can dive deeper into observation, realism, and surface texture.

APR 6th-10th: Bug Out!

Students will explore the fascinating world of bugs through painting, drawing, and mixed media collage. Each day, students will observe real insects (through photos and models), learn basic art techniques, and create imaginative bug-inspired artwork—from colorful butterflies to 3D fantasy creatures.
